Did you try change node you are using? In nanowallet it will be click on circle in top right corner and select another node.

Because you didn’t include message code you must contact with Spectrocoin support and provide transaction hash.
They have livechat option (fastest way)

I have transferred XEM from Bittrex to Cryptopia today but I cant see anything in Cryptopia. On bittrex the transaction is complete

I can only suggest you to contact with Cryptopia support (don’t forget add transaction hash to ticket) Transaction looks ok. Many problems with Cryptopia in last month.

My transfer is not yet deposited in my Bittrex account. Support ticket was created at Bittrex - no response yet.

Transaction can’t be reversed (it’s impossible in blockchain). You have sent from spectrocoin.com. There is known issue reported to spectrocoin.com that any transaction sent directly from spectro to other exchange will be not processed automatically by recipient exchange. This issue was reported to spectro 20.12 but no fix yet.
Because transaction is done only way to give your tokens back is contact with bittrex support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your account.

Hi, thanks for the reply. So what exactly is the issue with Spectro if the message is included in the transfer? It should still deposit automatically, there shouldn’t be any difference from which wallet the transfer is being made, since I am not attached to any wallet as sender. Only the message matters, which helps the receiver (Bittrex) to identify where/whom to credit the deposit?

I transferred a sum of NEM from Bittrex to my Nano wallet address… It doesn’t show up in my nano wallet but when I browse my address on explorer.ournem.com it shows the transaction as complete and the NEM there? Am I missing something?

Yes. Transaction looks ok in explorer. I don’t know and spectrocoin.com dev also after couple days. So I proposed add as temporarily solution warning on withdraw view that customer should not withdraw directly to other exchange.

@CryptoBeliever Thanks. I’ve got in touch with Bittrex team, I see no reason, why the transfer shouldn’t be deposited into my account/wallet. So hopefully we’ll solve it in a professional manner and next time I’ll try to avoid manual input like this and transfer from recommended wallets, that work with their automated systems. We’ll see how it it will go. I’ll update, once I have some news. Thanks!

so you must contact with Cryptopia and ask for explanation. Cryptopia has countless problems with XEM last month.
