My name is Aaron Martinez. I need help with a transfer that i made on January 3rd From Depotwallet.com to Bittrex.com for the amount of 8.75 XEM/NEM and I have not received them yet.

I do not have the coins in any of the wallets.

Can you guys help me please.

Deptowallet should be not used to sent XEM to exchange because dimcoin wallet sends xem as mosaic and exchanges doesn’t process this transactions.

If you want your xem back you must contact with bittrex support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually assign this transaction to your bittrex account.

It has been 13 days since my deposit at Freewallet got stuck. Had the same problem with Hitbtc but their support took care of it (thank god). Freewallet is still not responding.

There is known issue reported to spectrocoin.com that any transaction sent directly from spectro to other exchange will be not processed automatically by recipient exchange. This issue was reported to spectro 20.12 but no fix yet.
Because transaction is done only way to give your tokens back is contact with bittrex support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your account.
