Yes . This is the same case.
Also if you want use other exchange than Zaif don’t choose Yobit or HitBTC. In my opinion these are not best exchanges.
After more then two weeks, I finally received an answer from Freewallet! They closed the support request because they received too many support requests. I need to open a new one. Can you actually believe it?

Отправляли на кошелек NAS35S-Q4AQX6-Q6RINC-LK42XZ-OABYLT-VSI7NL-3AJP сумму 35 XEM
(Дефисы приходиться удалять, так как биржа выдает ошибку если отправить на адрес с дефисами)
При этом в nano wallet не отображается публичный ключ(требует провести транзакцию)

I guess from some reason hitbtc can do transaction. Probably they have some issue. I suggest contact with they support and ask what is going on.

Maybe I explain how it works. Almost all exchanges for XEM use single address for all users. That’s why they generate unique for user message which should be included to your transaction. This message code is used to assign transaction with user. If message is incorrect or empty but address OK transaction goes to exchange wallet but is not assigned to any user.
That’s why when user:
- forget add message
- put incorrect message (for example ‘withdraw to yobit’)
- put encrypted message
- put hex message
transaction is not assigned to any user.
In such a situation sender must contact with exchange, provide transaction hash and ask for refund. In most cases exchange required some confirmation that you are the owner. For example send second small transaction from wallet with correct message code. Or when you have sent from other exchange screenshots from withdraw view.

Hello,
It seems to be stupid but I made a non-decrypted message transaction :(.
I send XEM from my NANO wallet to bitrex address.
I did sent it with the non-decrypted message, saying ‘hello’.
it has been more than 1 day and I still could not see my fund in Bitrex account.
What should I do now ? I have the hash and all receive/ send addresses.
Anyone could provide me some help, much appreciated.

I have sent XEM from my hitbtc account to yobit xem wallet address on 2018-01-13, 22:49:36 but more than 24 hrs have been passed and my xem are not deposited at yobit wallet then I noticed that the xem address to which i sent my xem was already used by me on 19 dec 2017 then i realized that might be this is the problem that for every transaction we need to obtain a new address if this is the problem then can you plz help me how can I recover my XEM? the transaction details are as follow:
