@RobertFB contact with hitbtc and provide transaction hash. They should credit it to your account manually.

This is more like technical issues and not deliberate actions. Cryptopia dev asked some questions on official Telegram NEM group so I hope they doing something to provide better stability.

I have not received any response from Cryptopia on my case still. I can’t deny that this is getting so frustrating. I tried spamming there twitter page and contacting them thru their IRC, but still to no avail.

But is this true that it is not some kind of deliberate actions and only technical issues? Because they are not telling us or even replying to this issue and naturally it causes frustration at the users’ end.

I sincerely hope this is really a technical issue, that they are working
on it, and it will be resolved. At this point I would rather they just
give me my coin back in my original account and not try to transfer it
if it is so difficult for them. I really don’t understand what is so
difficult about it.

All exchanges have the same problem. The Support isn´t really prepared for many of new users. A lot of people make mistakes. Any error (from system or ppl) must be checked by the customer support.
On the other hand the exchange want to make money and the customer service is expensive. For every Cryptocurrencies, not only XEM.

Guys ALL exchanges that sell Xem have the exact same problem. Funny this is it only happens to me for large withdrawals. I have had same thing happen on HitBTC, YoBit, Cryptopia and LiveCoin. I always test with a smaller withdrawal and it always works. So basically i withdraw 50 Xem ( minus 20 for their fee ) i get my 30 Xem in seconds, im not joking. Of course they took half my withdrawal so they are willing to let go of small amounts.

Then i do a larger withdrawal (anywhere from 2500 to 7500Xem) and i get this issue where the hash isnt showing up on the blockchain. In every instance all exchanges reply but they eventually just credit the Xem back to your exchange account. If you ask me this is being done on purpose for some reason.

However, the real question now is, How do we get any Xem into our wallets? I have been handcuffed with thousands of dollars this past month trying to get a large amount of Xem in my Nano Wallet.

Actually if you go to HitBTC and go to “System Health” Tab, you will see Xem has the most stuck withdrawals, more than any other currency by far…

Just file a ticket and be patient and polite, If u patronize the guys at Cryptopia they will ignore you. I had them reply to me for the same exact issue. It takes days/weeks on all exchanges for this to resolve.

@rdebs812 HitBTC/Yobit/Cryptopia are exchanges that I personally don’t like much because this constant issues with XEM wallet. I had never problem with Bittrex for example but unfortunatelly they close temporarily registrations.

Each 24h 10% from your unvested balance changes into vested. This is vesting works. Vested balance is required for harvesting and also it’s used to calculated POI.

yea i missed out on Bittrex. But i thought Bittrex and HitBTC were very similar? They seem to partner up on many things. The only exchange i was able to get any Xem into my account was Changelly. Absolutely no issues with them, i wonder why they also stopped Xem? ;/

This is known issue with withdraws from spectrocoin. Please look at my explanation here:

All you can do now is contact with bittrex support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your Bittrex account.
