on cryptopia tells me that the transaction was performed, in fact I no longer have the coins in the budget, I sent a message to support

Cryptopia withdraw status is incorrect. If transaction is not visible in blockexplorer it means was nod made. They will credit your account

If transactions are not visible in blockchain you must contact with aex and ask for explanation. Coins didn’t leave they wallet so they should return to you.

Reporting back on my withdrawal that was not (properly?) submitted by HitBTC. They credited them all back to my account. Thank you HitBTC, but no communication from them.

Hi,
I have sent 2007 XEM from nanoWallet (v.2.0.14) to Poloniex, transaction shows as confirmed in wallet, but nothing is displayed in the exchange account history. Tx should be included in block 1478102. I have sent and receive XEM to/from Poloniex before without any issues.
I have included the message, unencrypted, and have not change the fee, since I could not do so; also, I have tried switching the node to san.nem.ninja, about 15 minutes after sending the xem.
Could you please help ? What else can be done to send this tx through? Thank you

Could you copy-paste here your transaction hash? One user also reported me problem with Poloniex deposit. Maybe they have some technical issues.

All looks OK. On your place I would give Poloniex couple hours and next create support ticket.
