Just to confirm if Poloniex has replied your mail on the problem with XEM Deposit especially those ones from spectrocoin. Please kindly help as that is the only money i depend on to feed my family. You should contact with Poloniex support in your own case. Didn’t you get any answer from them?

Hello again, has anyone received their XEM from Hitbtc and does NEM even care to get involved with issues dealing with those that has chosen to invest with them and that are having countless problems with these exchanges.?? It’s discouraging and sad that our hard earned money is being mishandled and No One ie. NEM is speaking up or helping Us/investors. I’ve been waiting for over 2 weeks since Jan 17 2018 for a transfer from my wallet to Hitbtc No response or help and have submitted Several ticket to No Avail. This is not right at all.

Nem found is not to be prosecuted. hitbtc is not known for good suppot. Unfortunately that’s a big problem. As you can see here you are not alone.

Not prosecuting NEM just saying as in seeing the countless issues on this forum with Several exchanges not just Hitbtc. With issues of XEM transactions and just being left to handle/resolve these issues with no assistance is pretty screwed up especially when it’s involving your hard earned money.

i understand your situation very well, do not get me wrong. man tries to make nem as accessible as possible and this leads to a lot of stock exchanges being adopted in order to make access as easy as possible. Unfortunately, the mass is not too great. and some exchanges are not well positioned in terms of service and support. transactional time has also increased after the market has tripled within 5 months.

I personally have to wait two weeks until mercantox has sent the btcs to my wife who is an investor to poloniex.

polo took 4 weeks to release her doge until they were released again.

I sincerely hope that you get your deposit back. I’m sure that hitbtc will get in touch even if it can take up to 1 month

Если да, попробуйте изменить узел. Нажмите круг в верхнем правом углу и выберите другой узел из списка.

Please check if recipient address matches with your address in nanowallet. It’s available when you click Account in top navigation.

If yes try change node. Click circle in top right corner and select another one node from list.
