You can only wait for their support to react. Nobody else can help you.

@hatt Exchanges in most cases doesn’t support multisig transactions. You must contact with Yobit support and provide transaction hashes.

Just a brief note about XEM withdrawals and Cryptopia. About 3 weeks ago I made a withdrawal of XEM from Cryptopia which never showed up in my personal NEM wallet. Initially after 24 hours I contacted Cryptopia support to report the problem by opening a support ticket. It took 14 days for Cryptopia to respond to me and another additional 7 days for Cryptopia to credit my XEM tokens back to my Cryptopia account which happened today. Then today I was able to successfully withdraw my XEM tokens from Cryptopia to my NEM wallet. So as of today, I can verify withdrawals of XEM from Cryptopia are working again.

Hi, I tried transferring my XEM from Cryptopia to Bittrex on Jan 8th but I still didn’t get back my coins yet + opened a ticket & all i received from Cryptopia was a bulk message.
Could you please check this address let me know whether I should just wait to hear from Cryptopia?

делал перевод из www.cryptopia.co.nz в www.huobi.pro
я сделал минимальный перевод ,чтоб посмотреть дойдут ли средства,
подскажите как понять должны были дойти мои монеты или нет?
в сети транзакции отразились ,но на балансе www.huobi.pro их нет, и как понять было уже 10 подтверждений или нет, потому что указано ,что при пополнении должно быть 10 подтверждений, как понять по моим TransactionId какое количество подтверждений было
