Both transactions are done. 10 confirmations is done after 10 minutes (block per minute). So for sure you have 10 confirmations already. You must ask Huobi support for explanation. It should be reflected yo your balance.

I transfer XEM coin from HitBTC to Huobi but I haven’t received it yet. Even no pending transaction in showing in my Huobi Deposite History page. Please resolve this issue and credit my coins.
Huobi Customer service told me that NEM has stopped recharging currency until furture notice.

Transaction looks ok (huobi use individual addresses so message code is not required).
Please contact with they support and ask for explanation.

I talked to them and they send me this reply “XEM pauses the money, and it will automatically get to the account after waiting for a reply.” and “XEM has suspended the recharge on January 28, please pay attention to the announcement. If the latter stage to restore recharge, your top-up XEM, will automatically open the account.”

I’m not sure what they mean by “XEM pauses the money”. As I understand they (huobi) pauses deposits and you must wait.

I tried to withdrawal XEM from Yobit to my wallet. Message field left empty and I got “Invalid Memo/Message”. So withdrawal is not working. Any idea what to do now? I have no public key yet if that might be important…

Issue SOLVED by Bittrex after 1 month they answer to the ticket and issue with lost XEM solved
So the thing is to have patiance with their support

If they require message and you withdrawing to nanowallet you can try put in message for example. “withdraw from yobit”.

В саппорте пишут на корявом английском, что бабки типа suspended так как идет разбирательство с кражей nem по коинчеку и что как только nem разрешит, то бабки якобы поступят. Скажите, что делать в данной ситуации ? Прикрепляю все скрины и могу бросить ответы саппорта. 21

Он выглядит нормально (у Huobi есть отдельные адреса, поэтому код сообщения не требуется).
Насколько я знаю, Huobi держит все депозиты и готовят проверки безопасности, которые предотвращают взлом XEM от совпадения. Я не знаю, когда они снова активируют депозиты (пожалуйста, свяжитесь с ними).

As far as I know Huobi hold all deposits and prepare security checks that prevent deposit XEM from coincheck hack. I don’t know when they enable deposits again (please contact with they support).

Four days ago I made deposit of XEM from cryptopia to Yobit. Unfortunately I didn’t fill message field and still date a didn’t received it in my yobit wallet.
Please help me.

If transaction is done only way to get refund is contact with Yobit support.

I just want to say that I appreciate all of your help here on this forum. Unfortunately, I’ve been sending Yobit support messages every day for the past week, and they’ve still yet to respond. My XEM went missing a month and a half ago. You told me my issue was I did not include the hash. Well, there was no special instruction to include it. Anyway, I send them support messages every day, including the hash, asking them to credit my account, and they never respond. EVER. All I get are the automated responses indicating support received my message. Last I checked, it was about $284 worth of XEM. That’s a lot of money to be stolen from someone.

Yes. Your transaction was not process because of missing message code.
Unfortunatelly Yobit support can return your tokens and Yobit support sux very much …
Many people complains that never receive any answer from them.

Hello! This is a transaction problem.
We have deposited NEM from nemwallet to hitbtc but it will not be reflected.
I confirmed the transaction but it does not look like a problem.
There is no mistake in address and message.
In the history of nanowallet, the airplane icon is red.
Whether it is a problem of XEM or a problem of hitbtc?
As usual hitbtc support ignores email.
