@erezshimcoin Huobi hold all deposits -> https://www.huobi.pro/notice_detail/?id=938
Thanks for your reply
That’s just wierd… why don’t disable the asset deposit ?
so does that mean the deposit is there but suspended until coincheck will give the users their money?
Yes. This is strange why they don’t put any warning on deposit page.
I will ask one of our Chinese community member.
Hi there, I’ve set up my nanowallet for NEM yesterday, getting a private key and backup. I’ve sent some XEM to the address from Poloniex exchange about a day ago, but nothing seems to have arrived yet, and the transaction is still marked as pending on Poloniex.
Have I missed something? Can someone help?
Dev
I sent xem to Huobi yesterday and got nothing.
Their support said:
google translated message:
Due to an official announcement by NEM.io Foundation Ltd, the missing XEM from Japanese trading platform Coincheck was tracked and marked. NEM’s blockchain network will be affected before processing is complete. To protect the user’s assets, we immediately suspend the XEM recharge, to be restored after the official NEM official recharge. At the same time XEM’s bills are not affected.
What should i do now? Just wait but how long?
I asked about it in bitcointalk and found out the same message you get in Poloniex:
XEM is currently under maintenance or experiencing wallet/network issues. Deposits and withdrawals will remain disabled until a solution is found, which may require an update from the XEM team. Any updates must be tested and audited before enabling.
@Alex3
I contacted with Chinese community member who speak with Huobi. They will implement additional check that will filter transactions from hacker. I hope they make it before Chinese new year break but I’m not sure. After that they will enable deposits.
I don’t know nothing about Poloniex. I guess they don’t contact with XEM team yet.
OK, thanks. I’m new to XEM so could you tell me if this address looks ok

@Devaraj_Sandberg

@Thongmar
Only way is contact with Yobit support, provide transation hash and ask for refund.
I’m afraid it may be hard because Yobit support almost doesn’t exists.

Can someone help?
Thanks a lot for your fast reply and sorry for my laziness, that i didn’t read the post above.
Thank you
So there is no any chance to get back my xem until Huobi enable deposits? If it takes so long, then it would be better to return xem and then send it to an other exchange.
Your XEM are already on Huobi wallet so you must wait when deposits will be enabled. After that your transaction should be processed by them.
Good day, Mr. Pawelm.
I also have the same issue with @Alex3
My transaction txid is 1abefacbd571cba7b94c8fa21e1c8eaf9563100756d485b3f300687fff1e57e9
Please check whether my XEM is in Huobi’s wallet or not.
Also, can you please try again to make Huobi accept our transaction ASAP??
As you know, too many transactions are pending…
So, please let Huobi expedite them once again.
Your kind cooperation will be highly appreciated.
@Keon_Choi
Our member speak with them yesterday. They must implement filtering deposits from hacker.
It all depends now when they do it. After that they run deposits again.
Thanks for your reply.
So, now, my XEM is in Huobi’s wallet already?
