This may be reason why they are not credited.
Please contact with Poloniex, provide transaction hash, screenshot from Koineks withdraw, and information that koineks was tagged by accident because hacker sent there stolen coins.
But of course this is not your and Koineks fault.
Poloniex didint give me the answer can you send me back?
Help! I forgot to insert message when i sent XEM from my NEM Wallet to Spectrocoin. I reached out to Spectrocoin and they need a written statement from NEM/NANOWALLET saying “the reversed transaction will be successfully accepted to their system” so it can be sent back to my NemWallet.

I don’t understand what they need. Did you give them transaction id? There is all what they should need.
Thanks for the response. Yes I gave them the transaction ID as well as the hash. The message i did not include lets them know which account the XEM tokens go to or so i was told. They informed me that they can only issue a return to the original send address if they receive the written statement from the initiating wallet company support, saying the reversed transaction will be successfully accepted into their system.
@SKhan this make no sense to me. They don’t know how blockchain works? Transaction is made and XEM on they account. Nobody can tell more 
Maybe they want you to do second transaction with correct message code just to proof you are the owner of account? If not you probably spoke with some idiot from support.
