Exchange Support. Lost XEM at an exchange? Post here! [MOVED]

It was sent directly from my NEM NAnoWallet to Spectrocoin

2 weeks ago, I sent over 6000 XEM from Zaif to Yobit.
My transaction status has completed successfully so it was reached to Yobit Wallet.
Of course, I added message tag is same as my account’s text.
But It hasn’t deposit into my wallet.
There is no reply from support.
I lost XEM? I’m Really sad.
Please help me.

Please sent small amount from your wallet to spectrocoin.com with correct message and provide then both transaction ids.
This should be enough for them. In other case they are what I wrote above.

@sat sending directly from exchange to another is never good idea :frowning:
In your case even worst because Zaif has multisig account and most exchanges doesn’t support deposits from multisig account automatically.
Only way is contact with Yobit support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your account. Contact with they support is not easy task :frowning:

I sent poloniex xem but did not add any messages. I wrote on the support section of the problem is the problem solved? how long does it take?

Please help me, I’m very worried.
I withdraw XEM from Huobi to be deposited at Okex this morning, and Huobi is reporting that the transaction has been completed, but my Xem does not appear on my balance at OKEX. I already checked the address and the message, and the data is correct. Transaction ID is. ea8980c22038e7b1777f59c8bb41f3fd0d8463c7d20bbea52b5d3790b111bc14. Does anyone know what happened?

@erol43 Poloniex support response times are slow right now. Unfortunately you must wait for answer. Don’t forget add transaction hash/id to ticket.

@sat I didn’t said they are lost. Just contact with Yobit support and wait.
