Huobi sends transaction as v2 so it’s probably problem.
Please contact with Poloniex support. They will credit manually

Just want to share my succes story with Bittrex (they aren’t that bad ;)).
2 months ago I lost my NEM while I did a transaction without message. After figuring out Bittrex had them in their account I asked for a support ticket and had to wait until last week. They let me make an account at Bittrex (so not a support account, but a verified). Than they told me that it would take 1/1,5 month until the transaction would be found, so I’ve send them the transactions @CryptoBeliever gave me.
2 days later (today) I’ve got an e-mail they have send all my NEM’s in my Bittrex account.
So, thanks @CryptoBeliever for helping me! Cheers and keep good hope guys!

Hi, yesterday my friend sent me XEM on my Huobi wallet, and they did not come. It writes Vested balance: 0.000000 XEM, Balance (network): 2770.136685 XEM, what is it mean?

Добрый день! помогите пожалуйста разобраться с ситуацией. Отправил XEM на биржу Poloniex, не пришли по указанному адресу. В сообщении вставил некорректную надпись, вместо того что предлагает вставлять биржа. Это большая ли ошибка? адрес верно указан.вот сообщение нет. Что делать в таких случаях. Монеты ушли, транзакция прошла успешно, на бирже нет все еще.можно ли отследить транзакцию? К сожалению далек от таких вещей.необходима помощь профессионалов

I am in the same boat as you Zoom, as well as my friend. No XEM on my Huobi wallet after a deposit. I have done a deposit before. Which took around 8 hours to complete. But now it takes way longer before.
I sended 2 transactions.

Such problems cause serious damage to the reputation of the exchange and XEM
So i lost or freeze my nem.
I’ve made a deposit to Huobi, 2 hours a go and its not showing on balances.

Yes message should be exactly same as on Poloniex deposit page for XEM.
Without message Poloniex will not credit your transaction automatically.

What you can do now is contact with Poloniex support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually assign this transaction.

Yes. Huobi hold deposits. As far as I know it should be couple days. After they enable again your deposits should be credited to your Huobi accounts.

Hi today I deposited nem coin to my huobi account and transaction has been confirmed but there’s still nothing in my huobi account how long will take the fix this problem ?? I deposited without message code is it problem ? But I did it before without message code

Huobi uses individual deposit addresses. That’s why message is not required.
You can contact with them via Huobi official support.

Обменял деньги через обменный пункт на XEM на адрес биржи Polonix . Адрес депозита и message указывал правильно. Обменный пункт говорит что деньги отправил. После отправки прошло 7 часов. Сколько должен идти перевод? И когда начинать беспокоиться ?
