@luistovar01 Cryptopia has problems before with wallet. They have problems from couple months.
As far Poloniex is “working” but they couple days delays.
Bittrex, OKEx hold deposits because they probably want avoid sending them stolen coins but I don’t have any official announcement from them.

The transfer of my XEM from Cryptopia show completed but the coins are still not in my Nano Wallet after 12 hours. When looking up my wallet address on http://explorer.ournem.com, my address is found but no public key and 0 activity.
Is not having a public key the issue? But it’s a “Catch-22”, how can you create a public key when you cannot do a transaction.
In the Nano wallet, the node is a green circle. I also tried changing the node but coins still did not show up.
Please help!

Looks perfectly OK. Message is correct. So it should be processed by Cryptopia. If still isn’t you must wait for they support answer. Last auto responses tell that waiting time is around 39 days.

Only way to return your coins is contact with Poloniex support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your exchange account.
