It’s problem on Cryptopia side. Please contact with they support. It’s possible that in the meantime deposit will be credited. Maybe they have only delays. But contact with support (based on experiance) is adviced.
@mbacfaesq no. Missing public key shouldn’t be a problem. Is technical problem on Cryptopia side. Check if transaction id visible in Cryptopia withdraw history exists in explorer.ournem.com

I’m afraid Huobi put wallet into maintenance (hold deposits) but without warning on deposit page.
They inform that after they run again deposits transactions should arrive.

@GezseneCo transactions in blockchain are immutable. No one can change it.
Are you sure this it correct transaction id? If yes AEX didn’t include message. Maybe you should ask them why.
Also only why to return your coins is contact with Poloniex support.

@mbacfaesq is transaction is not visible in blockexplorer it means that exchange didn’t sent it. Please contact with they support and ask for explanation.

They told that all deposits will be credited after run they run deposits processing.

Poloniex and most exchanges uses one NEM address for all users. They identify users by message code. That’s why when your message is missing transaction was not assigned to your account.
Please contact with they support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your account.
Have you time prediction for me? 1 week, 2 weeks or monthes? Your opinion.
Btw. the online chat of huobi told me it is an issue of nem. I should write to nem Forum. Maybe the persons of online chat didn’t know the deposit problems of huobi.
