На Yobit торгуется ERC20 токен. Comsa представлена на двух платформах NEM и Ethereum. Технически это разные токены, но по смыслу они одинаковы. У них один общий саплай. В будущем они будут конвертируемые с одной платформы в другую.

Спасибо за ответ!!! Получается если приобрел токены наYobit , значит нет смысла переживать что это просто какой то фальшивый токен… ?
А если это технически разные токены как они вообще могут относится к одному и тому же токену Comsa, и как на разных платформах количество выпущенных токенов будут потом совместимы… очень не понятно( ! Извините за столько может и глупых вопросов!

Hi all.

Still haven’t received the NEM after 40 days. We’re actually more than two month later and my NEM are still in hostage on their Cryptopia platform.

I just got recently a stupid support bunk email with some obvious advises and a closing of my support ticket. This means they are not considering at all the fact their platform would not be working or bugged, or worse they are just keeping me quiet while the time is passing and my NEM unavailable / in hostage.

When I rechecked today on their platform, I realized I got a new status that my transaction was cancelled. So I redo the operation of withdrawal, worrying if I have still to wait two months that a support guy send me a useless bunk email, close my ticket again, and cancel the transaction ?

Now, the withdraw operation is even worse because I even don’t receive email asking for my confirmation to authorize the withdrawal. So my transaction can’t even start as I can’t confirm it by email.

I did cancel and re-make a second withdrawal attempt, and still no email asking for confirmation coming.

See my ticket message. My NEM/XEM are still in hostage of this platform. Are they stolen and Cryptopia is trying to gain time, or it there somebody serious behind Cryptopia addressing this issue?

You answered to this issues in a bulked way, and it was not appropriate, and just closed the ticket "#214564 - NEM/XEM take abnormous amount of time to be withdraw"
So I have to make a new ticket to continue on this generic failure to withdraw my NEM/XEM.

After checkin the status of the transaction, I realized the status was changed to an error message “Transaction failed to broadcast”, with the time stamp “23/02/2018 1:59:00 PM”.

So I redo again the same transaction with the same address I used to succeed previous transaction, and which is perfectly confirm on my NEM wallet, and no confirmation email reach my email address "michael@village-island.com" although this email is working perfectly fine as I use it for daily work. So the withdraw transaction remain in “unconfirmed” state. I did “cancel”, and made a new withdrawal attempt but again no email are sent by your system,.

Please don’t tell me to check my email address, my NEM address, or any obvious checking,. the problem is just your system is not working.
Why is it so terrible to take my NEM out of your platform? As of today, my crypto money is just hostage of your out-of-order platform.
Please fix this issue asap, or send me other 944 NEM to my NEM address,.]

Please verify if your message is correct. Should be same as message in your XEM deposit page in Cryptopia:

If it’s correct (or not) only way is contact with Cryptopia support.

@MichaelVD I can only advice you to check if email was not in your spam folder?

Yes I did check. All such obvious checking are already done by me.
There is just no email, no action from Cryptopia.

HitBTC deposits was opened so they should answer you. When they answered you last time? Did you check if they didn’t close your ticket?

I was reading that people like me (we are many but seems like we cant do nothing at all) are having issues on transfering from exchangers, so lets clear this issue, we need official answer from nem tech to know where to go.

My personal problem is this:
