That’s why it was not processed automatically. Only way in this situation is contact with HitBTC.

@MAX_CEDENO this is known problem with Spectrocoin. Not all exchanges supports they deposits because they sending it in “not standard way”. Already told them how to fix 3months ago but they still didn’t.

Only way for you is contact with Huobi support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually assign this transaction.

the status seems to be completed but XEM did not received.

please solve my problem.

he did not get the money (1230 XEM) but transfer is completed.
so where is my money ???

Hello there,

First of all, I would like to apologize for all the inconveniences.

**Our responsible department has reviewed your transaction, and unfortunately there was no way to trace the transaction to your account since it did not include your unique message. **

As XEM transactions are sent from a public address to a public address, unique message is essential (it acts as your address) so that a particular transaction could be associated with your account. It is unidentifiable on a public address otherwise unfortunately as hundreds of transactions are coming in and out. Thus, an unmarked (without your unique message) transaction can theoretically belong to anyone registered on both exchanges.

However, we may still reverse the original transaction to the originating address. To do that, you would need to provide a proof of the confirmation from the wallet you sent the transaction from, stating that the reversed transaction will indeed be refunded back to your account there (even when it’s reversed without the message, as originally sent to SpectroCoin). To get this confirmation, you would need to contact the support on the other exchange.

Once you get this confirmation, please get back to us and we will reverse the original transaction, minus the transaction fee (varies), to the other exchange.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience regarding this situation.

Spectrocoin think you have sent from other exchange. As I can see this is not true.

If sender is your NanoWallet address all what spectrocoin.com need to do is send back to same address. Message is no needed.

So you must contact with Spectrocoin and told them this is your personal address (not exchange) and ask them to send back (no message is required).

Of course he didn’t received because you’ve sent to Bittrex exchange. And Bittrex exchange use one address for all customers. If you don’t include message code then coins are not assigned to any customer.
What you can do now is contact with bittrex support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your friend account or if he don’t have bittrex account ask them to send back to your nanowallet address (not other exchange).
