Hi Guys, I really hope you can help me as I exhausted all means of solving this problem.
On 19 February 2018 I transferred 4,878.48019 XEM from Coinspot exchange (my wallet) to OKEX exchange (my wallet without a tag.
Transaction did come through on both coinspot and okex with txid

My other transaction of XEM from same exchange for 3700 XEM to OKEX with a tag did come through and was successfully credited to my OKEX wallet.

Guys, I have provided every single piece of evidence to OKEX that this is my valid transaction (no fraud, no hacker), I signed a statement as per their request, but still, more than 2 months later, no sign of my XEM.
OKEX are not denying anyting, they just not crediting the XEM to my wallet.

Could you please help me?

The reply I get from OKEX support is similar to this one that I received today:
Dear user, we are sorry, please give us more time. We thank you for using our platform and hope you can understand our hard work.

I don’t know what is politic of company but only thing you can do in this situation is wait.
Only okex can return these coins because they are on Okex wallet. Lack of message cause only problem with as assigning to your okex account. But they still should be able do it manually.

Yes please contact with Bittrex support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your account.
They should do it.

I think I lost my XEM because when transferring from my trezor to Binance I wrote a message but not the message that Biance gave me. will it got through or is it lost forever like Bianace says. here are the details.

Coins are now in Binance wallet o only they can do sth in this situation.
Please contact with Binance support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your account.

Binance like almost all exchanges use one deposit address for all customers that’s why include message (which identifies user) is important.

Reason: no message was entered w/i order
