@Nadeev you should include message code if you want deposit to Cryptopia user. Message should be related with user to which you want send money. Cryptopia uses one address and only unqiue message identifies users.
From answer it looks like they didn’t understand that you have sent to Cryptopia address.
Please explain them that you forgot add message and you sent to Cryptopia address. Also ask them to refund because money were sent to Cryptopia wallet so they still have access to it.

I downloaded and set up my Nano Wallet. After reading some tutorials, I noticed that my wallet does not have a “Receive” tab to go along with the “Send” tab. When I click on “SEND” at the top of the page, only the “Send” tab appears. How can I correct that?
@djslim49 new nanowallet don’t have receive tab. If you want see your address just click “Account” in top navigation.
Thnx for your response, but Binance is kicking me back to NEM in their general information. They are also asking me for please reply with: Coins, Txid, Screenshot of the transaction in its block chain explorer. I provided them the link with chain.nem.ninja/… which I posted before. But where can I find the Txid?

При переводе XEM с Nem Nano Wallet на биржу Binance (Xem deposit Message is 100784028, Xem adress is NC64UF-OWRO6A-VMWFV2-BFX2NT-6W2GUR-K2EOX6-FFMZ) нечаянно включил функцию ENC (encrypted) для поля Message. Поэтому мои 44.7 XEM не дошли на Binance.
Можно как-то отключить шифрование?

So I transferred 746 Nem/xem to a Binance address over two weeks ago and it never arrived. Binance says I need a transaction i.d., which is not orovided in th Ipad app, so where can I go to get that? I have only the wallet address and nothing more, but Binance wants the transaction i.d TXID. Please help asap.
i withdrew coins from btc-alpha exchange and sent them to my wallet. they gave a transaction i.d. that says after processing for while done. the link sends me to nembbex the blockchain explorer with everything blank. where is my coins and how can i find them. i have tried there support email. but nothing so far.
@Californiamccoy you can search transaction id in explorer (explorer.nemchina.com) using your address. If you will have any problem please let me know your address and I will search it for you.
@Redhood0079 if transaction id doesn’t exists it means that it wasn’t send correctly and coins didn’t leave exchange. Could you post here tx id?
Today 11.54 am I sent my xem balance from binance to poloniex but I didnt receive it.
When I check txid number in XEM explorer its looking blocked ?

@Wtrk if you see it in explorer that means transaction id done and should be processed by Poloniex. I’m not sure what you mean by loocking blocked?

@Wtrk NEM is based on BLOCKchain technology Transactions are stored in blocks. It’s noun not verb -> https://translate.google.pl/#auto/en/block.
Probably Poloniex has some temporarily problems and that’s why your transaction is not yet credited. In NEM blockchain it looks ok.
So ı have to wait right ?
