@Wtrk it’s Poloniex exchange address (not yours) and balance. All exchanges use only one address for all users. That’s why is so important to add correct and unique per user message code.

I had the same issue (deposit on Poloniex exchange) for ca 24 hours, but they communicate with me thru ticket system actively. It looks like they had some issue with XEM deposits (unfortunately this is happening on Polo quite often) and they’ve been solved it before a while. I observed that my deposit was arrived finally! So now I’m going to make some small testing deposit, if everything still works well.

You should contact with Binance support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your account.

@whoopwhoop if you withdrawed from Bittrex (ND2JRP-QIWXHK-AA26IN-VGA7SR-EEUMX5-QAI6VU-7HNR is Bittrex address) then it should be in withdraw history.

Finally received my deposit of XEM that I deposited on 1-17-2018 to Hitbtc. Very ridiculous that people/investors of these coins have to go through this process of retrieving deposits alone especially when it’s so so easy to purchase them. My advice to everyone is to consider coins that you invest in and never stop trying to get what’s rightfully yours.
