Exchange Support. Lost XEM at an exchange? Post here! [MOVED]

I’m having the same issue with Yobit. I deposited 1000 XEM and they aren’t responding to any messages, support tickets, or emails. I filled in the message correctly as well. It’s been 72 hours now and no pending deposit or response. I need help too!

Looking at the deposit transaction to Yobit, you seem to be using NEM Ver.2 Transaction.
Ver.2 Transaction does not support any exchanges.

Therefore, Yobit’s support needs to manually reflect the deposit, which is considered to take time to process.

Also, depending on exchanges, there are exchanges that do not correspond when sending in this format.
First of all, please wait for a reply from Yobit.

Thanks

My XEM is still locked in YOBIT’s wallet, has been for a week now and I haven’t gotten an answer. I am losing hope, apart from the money I lost, which was my last bit of saving. Xmas gonna be real nice this year.

I am trying to do the same because I sent XEM from my mobile to Bittrex recently and it is not showing up in Bittrex. I now need to find out my tx # and hash# to give to bittrex to help me retrieve the coins but mobile does not seem to show that info anywhere.

I am now trying to add my mobile wallet to NanoWallet on desktop in hopes of being able to see that info on desktop version but when i go to add account it asks for either the accounts password or passphrase. I did not get a passphrase with the mobile version so I am using my password to add it but it just keeps saying password invalid.

Please Help, thanks

You can get transaction hash from block explorer http://explorer.ournem.com. Just put you nem address (starts with N…) and it shows account and transactions.
If you want import your wallet into nano first you need export private key from mobile wallet (more->export account - >show private key) and next create private key wallet in nano.

HI
I wanted to change xem on coinswitch but forgot to enter a message. They refunded the xem. It does not show me in the wallet.what can I do. Thank you

Hello,
You can check your account balance via block explorer http://explorer.ournem.com/#/
If coinwatch refund is not visible you should ask for transaction hash to confirm this transaction exists.

Hello,
Transaction is visible in blockexplorer:

Please verify if you put correct message code from exchange (bittrex in this case).
If message code is correct (if not also) you must contact with bittrex support and provide this hash id.

I mistakenly made 3 different transactions of Nem to coinpayments wallet but forgot to specify message in the provided space. It has been almost 48hrs now, and the coins haven’t dropped yet. This is the recipient’s wallet address:

NAWY52S4MBWST5JDXDSA4BDDF5GR2CJZ3IZ2DUX7

Kindly help

If you don’t attach message you must contact with coinpayments support because your transactions could not be automaticly processed.
You must provide support informations about your transactions id. Please put your address in explorer search bar http://chain.nem.ninja/#/blocks/0 and copy transaction hashes.

Hello,

I don’t think NBLQ6P-E7Z5CV-ANJNXG-OR74UQ-LOJ2YM-GJJOZ4-YFAQ is bittrex account. Looks like changelly.
You must find transaction hash. Please put your public address (NBLQ6P-E7Z5CV-ANJNXG-OR74UQ-LOJ2YM-GJJOZ4-YFAQ is not your address) into search bar http://chain.nem.ninja/#/blocks/0 and find transaction hash. After that you must send it to changelly support.

Awesome! thank you very much!
I just wrote them and i hope we can solve this issue!

@CanhTD
You should add information for bittrex support also about transaction hash: 2ddec0e4274361f0b461efdcd2a95324f6bea285837ca837e3bc96a21766dc6c you can also add link to block explorer with this hash http://chain.nem.ninja/#/transfer/2ddec0e4274361f0b461efdcd2a95324f6bea285837ca837e3bc96a21766dc6c

Yesterday I transfered XEM from my coinpayments.net account to my nano wallet, but sadly I made a mistake. Instead of my wallet ID: NDGR3K-UPLYK4-HUHYB2-DK73UI-P3P5G3-LPHPNH-TKZU, I used remote account ID (NAJUENU2GZKZXK4HI2C6OIIIKKCVAVFXJLF4NS26) from the ‘Manage delegated account page’. Is there a way to fix this?

Thanks in advance

@Lennart_Smets
Yes your tokens are on this account http://chain.nem.ninja/#/search/NAJUENU2GZKZXK4HI2C6OIIIKKCVAVFXJLF4NS26
You should be able to show your delegated account private key in Services - > delegated account.
After you find your remote account private key you can create second wallet from it
Sign up-> private key wallet (last tab) - >enter your remote private key wallet name and password. Next login and you should be able transfer tokens to correct account. After that you can remove remote wallet from nanowallet.
I don’t have now access to my nano and I can’t verify this but you can try.
