Indeed you forget add message code. You must contact with bittrex support, explain what happen and give them transaction id. They should return your founds because currently they are on bittrex wallet but without message it was not possible to automatically process and assign to your bittrex account.

Bittrex last days has big delays in responding in tickets. It looks like to small people working on support there… It applies not only NEM but all tickets they are processing.

But where you buy it? You should have transaction id visible in withdraw history in place where you buy it. If transaction id is not visible you should ask company or exchange where you buy your xem.

order-id is only used internal in Litebit. You should ask Litbit support (if it’s not visible in your Litebit history) about transaction id in NEM network. With this transaction id we can identify transaction in blockchain and confirm if it’s already done by Litebit.
