Exchange Support. Lost XEM at an exchange? Post here! [MOVED]

I also had a transaction to Bittrex not being processed to my Bittrex wallet.
I even sent it from a non-multisig address and added the correct message.
I contacted support, so only thing to do now is wait for a response.

Did you attach transaction id to bittrex ticket?

Whose problem is it? Freewallet or NEM’s network?

You should contact with exchange support. I Personally don’t know this frewallet.
If theh give you transaction id it should be visible in blockexplorer. NEM transaction is very quick - block generated each minute.

Hi earlier today I made the following transaction: 317 NEM to Changelly.

Changelly has never recieved any confirmation that the XEM has been sent.

What should I do?

Like many others before you myself included it seems you forgot to include the unique message phrase provided by the exchange which is a requirement. Unfortunately this now means that you’ll have to contact the exchange to see if they can retrieve your XEM for you, which could take a while. I’m still waiting for my XEM and it’s been 3 days already.

New to XEM, purchased some at cryptopia.co.nz, have done 2 withdrawals of 50 xem each to my nanowallet. Neither of them appear. I don’t understand why, cryptopia mark the transactions as completed, trans id for one of them : fddf77c63f59e04b747a65f9aa43d403c9ba721da4d3b05cdf5cbc9a4621991d wallet address is NCGDGM-2FLLUT-JEM47B-LW6ZHP-JRLK66-TVGNZE-JAUL. Nothing comes up in the blockchain explorer??

You should contact with cryptopia support for explanation. Transaction should be visible in explorer.

What I suspected would be the case, and have done so. Glad I tested with a couple of small withdrawals, hopefully they’ll get back to me soon.

I transferred 2200 XEM from cryptopia to the Nem nano wallet, and it’s been over 24 hours and still have a 0 Nem balance… what is going on? Help?

Doesn’t exists in blockchain. You should contact with Cryptopia exchange. They should explain this becuse it looks like they don’t do valid transaction. Today it was couple such a issues with Cryptopia.

I don’t think so. They should explain what happen and return your tokens because looks like problem on their site. Just calm down and write to Cryptopia support. Provide transaction id for this two withdraws.
