@CryptoCount Message is required only if you send tokens to exchange. It’s required by exchange not NEM network.

Your transaction is not process automatically because you put wrong message “my message” instead of message code provided by Changelly.
You must contact with they support and they should return your tokens.

I recently sent 350 XEM to Changelly.com but forgot to input the message. Changelly said they never received the XEM and it has not been returned to my wallet. Yes, Changelly replied to my email and said that they can refund my XEM because I had all that info! Thanks for the reply. Much appreciated

As most of the replies here concerning Bittrex, my transaction to Bittrex is now stuck for 6 days.
Transaction was correctly sent through with the correct message and from a non-multisig address.
Recieved 2 standard replies at the moment appologizing that there is not an answer yet, as they are swamped at the moment.

On a different note Bitfinex is also not adding a BTC transaction. Been waiting 6 days also with not a single reply.

I had transfer mine XEM but forgot to write in the message address, transaction information has been completed, but the wallet is not received XEM

Hi I am another guy having Problems

Hi I used changelly to convert ETH to XEM and send it to my Nano Wallet. I used my Account Address NBXEQEL34S3IX36K7TWQY4SSX6RRIUTHGAHKEFX4 as a receiver.

The transaction worked (changelly says so) but the XEM never arrived on my nano wallet.

Hi. im new to nem wallets and xem. After setting up my wallet i exchanged some ether to xem via chagelly. i did it by giving them my account address: NAGJYE4VNFEMXFXWXNW2J5VROHGB3XXH5Z7SUEBD. this is the address on my primary account and the address on my receive panel. i didn’t include the amount or a message as i read its not needed to receive xem from exchanges.

the transaction was completed by changelly in 10 minutes but i haven’t received any xem and its been over 12 hours. the node im using is green. my account doesnt have a public key yet as it says i need to complete a transaction to receive one. ive used all the info from changelly to try and track the transaction on nembex but my address and the transaction always come up with blank results. can someone please help me out. here is the info from changelly:

This hash (def18e0755bcbc829da2280e6758b5f41c4e03b486639ffdef6b17093b562c18) you have from changelly account history? It doesn’t exists in blockexplorer and that means there is no transaction in blockchain with this hash. You should contact with Changelly support and ask why this transaction is not done correctly.

Please help. I have been waiting for over an hour now for my Xems to arrive in my Nano wallet. I can’t find them using the explore tab.

Can someone please advise me what to do?

I recently (7 days ago) sent about 1120 XEM over to Bittrex. The mistake that I made was that I chose to encrypt the message. I am able to locate the transfer on the blockchain but it has not been sent to my wallet in Bittrex which instructs to send without encryption. My question is why would an unsent trasnsaction that did not reach credit the address it was sent to not go back to my wallet? I have about $800 worth of XEM stuck in limbo that I have no idea if I am going to be able to recover. Needless to say, I am pretty pissed

That issue you need to contact Bittrex and make a ticket. hope they can help you get it.

For NEM this is valid transaction and will be not reversed. You must contact with bittrex support and provide transaction hash. They should return your tokens.

Thank you @CryptoBeliever for responding. I sent them a ticket with all the information. I can’t track the transfer. It doesn’t show here.
