The transaction from changelly went fine. In the wallet it listed my name as I set up the account with ,498 nem and the address. I went in the right corner to edit and accidentally hit the X and it deleted my name with the 498 nem. Now it is blank
@spirtiwarrior15 as far I understand you simply close nanowallet. You must open it again - search place when you extract archive and open wallet. If it’s univeral client file should be named start.html, if it’s windows standalone version is should be NanoWallet.exe.
When you wallet you should be able to login into it.

I am using an Android wallet. I restarted my phone, checked thru my wallet and it’s not there. I’m lost

Do you have backup saved before removal?
If not you can try search google account. Maybe it was backuped automatically. Probably backups should be available via google drive. I found something like this

@spirtiwarrior15 if you remove your wallet and don’t have backup I’m afraid it’s not possible. Only owner of private key was you. If you lose private key that’s mean you lose access to wallet and nobody can restore this. Creating new wallet doesn’t change anything because it has separate private key and address.
The only chance will be restoring data on your device but with you should contact with specialist or google for apps for this.
If you are unable to restore data I’m afraid your coins are lost forever.

Yesterday (16th Dec) I tried sending 100 XEM to my wallet (NDW4KYQRW2ZECZLPEDK56SRRW7XQDYNISSO2B6TN) On bittrex is says that the transaction has been completed (transcation seed: 6275338f22717360f7a77f73f9f01ee82dfcda10d83be8d64b71663a356db2bf) But the coins still haven’t arrived to my wallet for some reason. I have found on the forum that I SHOULD NOT HAVE included a message when sending and that’s might be the reason why it did not go through. Could you please help me with getting my coins back?
p.s. I have also attached the screenshot of transaction from NEM explorer

Hi, I used changelly on 16th Dec 17 @ 19:03 to exchange some lbry to XEM.
All went through fine and showing completed but my wallet has not updated.

I’m missing my XEM in my Nano wallet on app versuin. Please help. New to crypto currency.
I purchased some ETH from coinbase and then transferred them to changelly to convert to XEM to my nano wallet i just set up. I got all confirmations from coinbase that they sent the coins to changelly, I confirmed on changelly that the transfer went successfully, and ive been waiting for the the past couple of days for the funds to show up on my nano wallet. Unfortunately they are not there. Here are some info to maybe help you guys help me.

@Rasmus if you don’t have output transaction hash it means there is some problem in Changelly. Couple similar issues reported above with missing transactions. NEM network block time is 1minute. Should be completed in max this time.
