Exchange Support. Lost XEM at an exchange? Post here! [MOVED]

Hi guys,

I’m missing my XEM in my Nano wallet on app versuin. Please help. New to crypto currency.

I purchased some ETH from coinbase and then transferred them to changelly to convert to XEM to my nano wallet i just set up. I got all confirmations from coinbase that they sent the coins to changelly, I confirmed on changelly that the transfer went successfully, and ive been waiting for the the past couple of days for the funds to show up on my nano wallet. Unfortunately they are not there. Here are some info to maybe help you guys help me.

I know, everything looks fine, but there is no XEM in my wallet. Not sure what ‘changing node’ means…

I have just changed the node and found my XEM! Thank you very much! Do I need to stick to this specific node in the future?

@rommat you need only choose up-to-date node. Which one is up to date you can check here https://nemnodes.org/nodes/ (height column).
In next wallet releases should be added warning if node is not up-to-date.

This was my second purchase via changelly the first a tester for 92 XEM went very well. This is the second purchase which has failed to appear.How can I make it appear in my nano wallet. The first purchase did everything as it should so I am confused as to why this process is inconsistent.

Hi,

I had a successful transaction with Changelly last week but my transaction 17 hours ago has not gone through to my Nanowallet. Last week it came through in less than 5 minutes? Changelly sent me a “transaction complete” response too. I’ve already sent a help request to them,

My node is not red, am I missing anything?

Looks like some processing problem on Changelly site.
Please contact with Changelly support and ask for explanation.

What good is having a deadline for the transaction if they are not returned to my wallet

Hi pawelm, I located the key attached to my name, I wrote it down. How would I restore it to my account

Good evening again pawelm. in the term outgoing are you referring to the outgoing from changelly to my wallet as it is my receiving address used for the transaction inwards, not forwarding address. I am in touch and awaiting a reply from changelly. but boy are they slow.

@spirtiwarrior15 Is this 64 signs (or 66 with leading 00)?
If yes it can be imported into nanowallet.
Sign up -> private key wallet (third tab)
Enter your private key from backup, name and password you choose and login. If it’s correct private key when you enter into field your old address should appear in address field.

@Gary_Mccutcheon be outgoing I’m refering to transaction from Changelly to your wallet. It’s not visible in NEM blockexplorer.

I have read and read and read more post of people making similar mistakes but none of them mention receiving their coins back. Has anyone ever received their coins back?

@Randyhall111 yes. When Bittrex will answer they should return your tokens. I don’t know case when they refuses.

@CryptoBeliever the transaction ended up going through. i guess the changelly site was lagging.
