Hi! I’ve just send my xem from Bittrex to another account on yobit, but I’ve made a mistake- I didn’t fill message((so no Bittrex showing that transaction have done but I can’t see it on my yobit wallet. What can I do?thnx
@Dmst you must contact with Yobit support and provide transaction hash.
You can also verify if transaction is done here explorer.ournem.com (just put transaction hash from Bittrex)

Hi, I made one text payment (succesful) yesterday from Coinbase / Changelly into the XEM NanoWallet.
The second one has disappeared. It is not showing in the wallet but the Changelly transaction shows it was successful. How can this be found?

Have you transaction hash from Changelly? It should be OUTPUT transaction hash in NEM network.

You must ask Changelly support for explanation. They have put they NEM option in maintenance (is not available now). Maybe this is related. We have couple issues related with Changelly last days. Probably they have technical problems.
There was one just a few hours before that was successful – I used the exact same process.

Hi. I read all posts and don’t understand how can I buy Xem.
Bittrex, Youbit don’t work. Poloniex has awful fees. Chandelly exclude Xem from the list of cryptocurrencies. Zaif work only with credit cards issued in Japan. And I need to have open key, that’s impossible without transaction, but first transaction is impossible without 0,05 Xem.
Is Xem a scam or abuse?

Probably technical problems on Changelly site. You must ask they support.
@blago This are individual problems (lately more because NEM is more popular but still). Sometimes people forget add message code required by exchange, sometimes they send encrypted message but should be unencrypted. This is how exchanges process XEM. They use only one address and use unique message code to attach transaction to user. If user forget message or encrypt it problems starts. This is most issues with exchanges.
On my example I have never problem with processing XEM transaction on Bittrex and Poloniex and I use only this two exchanges. And no NEM it’s not a scam 
You can try buy small amount just to check. Bittrex has 4 xem withdraw fee. In NEM network minimal fee was lowered and now is 0.05 XEM but exchange don’t change this unfortunatelly. Personally I don’t recommend Yobit.

ok, thanks. I’ll try Bittrex. Can I use the Address of my account to withdraw xem from Bittrex, so I don’t know my Public key?
What do you think about Changelly doesn’t support Xem and Nanowallet more?

I’ve bought some xem with Bitcoin through changelly but I think I have put in the incorrect message when sending to my wallet. I bought these over 24 hours ago and they still haven’t been received. Does anybody know how to fix this please?

I don’t have problems with bittrex when sending to empty account (other problems also as I remember). If you have doubts you can first try withdraw small amount.
Changelly probably temporarly turn off XEM because they have some technical issues.
@jdursley have you transaction hash in NEM network? Should be provided by Changelly. Changelly last days have some technical problems with XEM. Maybe it will be necessary to contact with they support.
