Exchange Support. Lost XEM at an exchange? Post here! [MOVED]

I bought NEM at LiteBit sending it to the 40 character code mentioned in the “Receive” tab after “Pay To”. It never arrived.

I did not add a message or anything else, wouldn’t know which messag to add.

What did I do wrong ??

What is the transaction hash? I do have an invoice from LiteBit…?

LB1005682 is order ID, is that the hash?

Should be visible in litebit withdraw. If it’s not you should ask litebit support.

is this the hash?: ID SC002953019 . It doesnt seem to be a hash , but I don’t have any other info on spectrocoin :S

Today 19-12 at 10:45 Itried to deposit 200 XEN from my NEM wallet NBU6TD-ZQRL5Z-EVPRYH-MIMMSU-MBGB7L-WTGQMN-DKM3 to my Cryptopia account walletNBQ73BYLVGMO7L2WFG2VVOJHOBWWJKW7D3V7UE4E. I forgot to enter the message ID 5e700abcb637a71d. I didn’t receive the 200 XEN in my account. Is it possible to see where the 200 xen ended up?

It’s successfully sent to cryptopia exchange but because you don’t attach unique message code required by exchange they don’t process transaction automatically and it’s not assigned to your account. You must contact with cryptopia support and ask for manually refund this tokens. Attach above link to support ticket.

The coins did not arrive unfortunately. What can I do now? How can I get my coins back? Can I transfer my coins back to the wallet?

@andreas72 you should not send XEM via deptowallet to exchange because it sends XEM as second level mosaic… You can see in this link that XEM is send as mosaic:

Because of that Bittrex don’t see this transfer as 78 xem but as 1 xem (this is value of quantity).
You must contact with Bittrex support, provide transaction hash and ask for refund… Maybe they will understand what happen and return your tokens.

I sent my Nem from my Nano wallet to my poloniex and never recieved them. Can anyone help

You put wrong message. It should be unique message code copied from Poloniex NEM deposit page…
You must contact with they support and ask for refund (please provide transaction hash in support ticket to Polo).

Hey guys, I like your currency but I’ve tried sending to bittrex it has been couple of days still have nothing in my wallet, can you check if everything is Okay?

Did you send directly from spectrocoin.com?
I did notice that all direct transaction from spectrocoin.com to other exchange are not processed automatically by recipient .
I will report this to spectrocoin.com tomorrow.
All you can do now is contact with bittrex support, provide transaction hash and ask for manual refund because tokens are on they wallet but was not processed.

For all people. Don’t send directly from spectrocoin.com to other exchange. First send to nanowallet and next to other exchange.
