Pawelm I need help with a similar issue but I can’t seem to figure any of this out. I’m a total newbie. Purchased bitcoin on paxful and exchanged to xem on Changelly but I think I sent it to the wrong addresss because I haven’t got anything in my wallet and it’s been days.

Please HELP me… I’m a minergate’s miner and i withdraw my monero(xmr) to changelly and it success but when i’m transfer my btc from changelly to my coins wallet it only says waiting for confirmation but in changelly it says complete transaction. and when i check to blockchain the hash of my transaction it says “Transaction not found”. My input transaction hash to changelly is faa4b1697f0fd8f656a3840f62873eb0db1639f393bb67ced2f8111f07e2e936… and my output transaction hash is e91f7432329b4b87dd58c2cbd58704e876e021e959e78b21510cf9de30a7b548… Transaction # d5f43be320a6… I’m worrying to lost my btc. pls help

Are you buying XEM or BTC? This transaction: e91f7432329b4b87dd58c2cbd58704e876e021e959e78b21510cf9de30a7b548 should be XEM transaction yes?

This is NEM forum support. @ardee0013 if you withdrawing btc you should contact with Changelly support. In my opinion only they can help you in this situation.

Last night I withdrew 1400 XEM from my HitBTC account. I sent the XEM to my account address (NCS2N5XJHRLTMX63KVHT4XSXL3YA7I67A7LWG2K3). Here are photos of my account address and the pending status of the transaction on HitBTC
On HitBTC when entering the address in the address field, it did not accept the dashes within the address. After looking at some posts on this forum, someone stated that removing the dashes worked for them. I removed the dashes and the transaction went through, but now something appears to be hung up. What needs to be done to get my funds?
