I bought some coins through shapeshift. it let me put my ether wallet address, but I guess they don’t support NEM tokens.

How do I claim my tokens? Was quite a bit, like 0.5 ether worth.

Yesterday i sended my XEM from Spectrocoin to my Bittrex Wallet. I double checked the address and message and it fits the address en message information in my Bittrex wallet. So it should be okay… But the XEM did not show up in my wallet?

Who can help me. Bittrex is not responding for over a week on another issue, so there’s not much to ask.

Hi, I bought some Nem coins on HitBtc.com on 15 Dec. I transferred the coins to my nano wallet on the same day but they have not arrived. im quite sure it should not take 5 days for the coins to get to the wallet.

Today I reported this problem to spectrocoin.com. All withdraws from spectro have this problem (they are not process automatically by receiver exchange).
I ask they IT support to investigate.
I suggest to all people send first to nanowallet and next to other exchange.
Unfortunately (I know they aren’t fast now) to return your tokens you must contact with Bittrex.

@anas_nashar I can’t do much about contacting with Bittrex and speedup this tickets. They support doesn’t answer. I successfully contact with spectrocoin.com and explain that all they withdraws (if are directly send to other exchange) are not processed automatically.

Four days ago, I tried to transfer BTC to XEM through Changelly to my XEM nanowallet. Changelly shows the transaction has completed, however nothing shows up in my nanowallet. :frowning: I tried to send the BTC to address NAVOKWQTT7AQVZWY6EFVSFHIN6JPI2AT7ZY4GL2R. The output transaction hash is f3126ec292650c2bef9f1ec341c5c9829f10f04b40fabe0f81788f5f9e400780 however when clicking the link it seems to be not valid. The input transaction hash (ec731041c6b0209995c8490aed47bae43c6a8801dfa29e6c5c1e434dafb0634e) shows that indeed BTC have been transferred, BUT WHERE???

Please help… I also contacted Changelly but I did not get a response so far.
