Hello,

On the 4th of December I bought some NEM through Litebit. Instead of my wallet address, I’ve used the receiving address of my last purchase through Litebit (ND2JRP-QIWXHK-AA26IN-VGA7SR-EEUMX5-QAI6VU-7HNR). This means the sending and receiving address were the same. I’ve contacted Litebit, but they told me to contact the host of my wallet. The tx hash is e1cac8f7cf7fecc2094ea0476ab602c872aaa7739b4d77715fd981f53279e0bd. This shows that the NEM has been transferred, but I don’t know where or to whom.

I’ve also contacted Poliniex, because I thought the NEM were send to them, but the sent me back to Litebit.

I hope someone can help.

Strange… Because this transaction is from nd2jrp-qiwxhk-aa26in-vga7sr-eeumx5-qai6vu-7hnr to nd2jrp-qiwxhk-aa26in-vga7sr-eeumx5-qai6vu-7hnr.
This address belongs to Bittrex and that’s mean you must contact with Bittrex support.

Hi guys…I sent nem from coinspot to my nem wallet app that I downloaded on to my phone but he nem hasn’t arrived. I’ve checked the nem blockchain for my public key and can’t see it. Coinspot says the transaction is complete. It’s been 30hrs since I sent the nem. Can anyone help me with what to do?

Tried to exchange bitcoin for xem on changelly. Its been a few days and xem has still not appeared in my mobile app. Changelly shows the transaction completed.

@rvlee if they say you successfully buy xem, probably they should fix this and send your tokens.

Message is not required when you sending tokens to nanowallet. It’s only required if you are sending to exchange.

This transaction doesn’t exists in explorer. Please contact with exchange support. Please also verify if you don’t receive from exchange email with link to confirm this withdraw.

That’s what I’ve also heard “no need for message when sending XEM to nanowallet”.
However, after sending real amount and lost it, I’ve tried again with small amount adding “message”.
It went through right away… and got it in my wallet.
