Thank you I rty your way… but plese you have to resolve the problem before, you have to implement the nano wallet , if the customer make a mistake withdraw shoul not be transfer and xem shoul not to go… I dont knoew if it is poossible , but it will be a good implementation

There is no way to verify if you put correct message code because you should copy it from exchange where you are sending tokens.

Is not visible in blockexplorer. Are you sure this is correct trans hash from Cryptopia? If yes you must contact with Cryptopia and ask for explanation.

On bittrex NEM deposit page is information about necessary to add unique message code into message. Without this message transaction will be not process automatically. You attach wrong message “bittrex”.
Please contact with bittrex support and provide transaction hash (link from above). They should return your tokens but support is very slow. Right now many people waiting over 2 weeks.

I am new to this type of transaction. Please help!!!Just completed transaction from Coinbase to Changelly for buying NEM . Coinbase said it’s completed buy Changelly said it’s fail. What can I do next? Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like can’t help much with this situation. You must contact with Changelly and ask for explanation. Changelly has also last days some delays. Maybe it will be processed tomorrow but you should contact and ask Changelly about this.
