I report this 20.12 to one of Bankera employee via Telegram 20.12 (when I have tried contact via live chat they ask me to write emails to support). She told me that he will pass this information to Spectrocoin CTO. 22.12 I asked if it’s any chance to solve this before the end of the year but CTO doesn’t answer yet to her.
Because today I get here three issues with spectrocoin -> other exchange transfer I asked again what is the status of my reported issue.

Of course, I proposed the temporary solution to put a warning for users that they should not withdraw to other exchange.
I can’t much complain about Spectrocoin support. At least they answer very quick.

They treated me like it’s either me being impatient or Bittrex has to solve it. But sending from NanoWallet <-> Bittrex was never ever slow before. So, to me this has never happened before. Thus, I am not happy that I have to WAIT and need to do sth…

I’m sure this transaction sent from spectrocoin to bittrex will be never processed automatically.
You must contact with Bittrex support. I don’t know what but it’s something different in way Spectrocoin do transaction. I can only ask Spectrocoin to fix this and put warning on withdraw XEM view…

I already did contact Bittrex’ support, but this takes days. Which, of course, is fantasticovic…

Hi I’ve used smart transaction in freewallet and exchanged my nxt to nem about 22 hours ago and haven’t recivied my nem. Although the transaction is completed. And the freewallet has removed nem and neo wallet suddenly. I don’t know what’s going on and I’m really concerned about my money

Do you have any XEM transaction hash?
As I understand this was not withdraw but come conversion in wallet. In this case you must contact with Freewallet Support. Only they can help with this problem.

I don’t know how conversion in Freewallet works. It looks like it uses Changelly (changelly address is as sender). Probably it was not processed correctly by Changelly because it’s not present message code in transaction:

I can’t help more in this situation. You must contact with Freewallet and provide information that probably bcause missing message transaction was not attached to your freewallet account.

Tried to trade some LTC for XEM last night (Dec 28) through Changelly and back to Coinpayments wallet and the transaction never sent my XEM to my wallet. Verified address and ID. Changelly completed the exchange and the sending to your wallet is just in limbo. Says blockchain is confirming your transaction. Already put in 2 help tickets on Changelly - haven’t heard back. Trying here to see if there is a technical issue.

But this is not output XEM transaction? If XEM transaction was not sent by Changelly I can’t help here. Only Changelly can explain why transaction hangs on they site.

It looks like they are attempting to put into my wallet and that’s where the hang is. I figured it might be Changelly thing (especailly that their partners are Coinpayments)

I have got no answers from my help tickets yet.

If there is no transaction hash that’s mean for sure problem on exchange side. Please wait for Changelly answer.

It’s problem with processing on Cryptopia side. On your place I will wait 2-3 hours and after that contact with Cryptopia support.

I sent 451 xem to Nano wallet through Changelly 24 hours ago I still didn’t receive the coin on my wallet. I looked at the hash and address and the transaction was confirmed but it was under unspent output on Blockchain.info
