In Changelly you should have transaction hash in NEM network. Please copy here, because based on btc transaction only Changelly can tell something. If you don’t see output hash in Changelly it means they don’t sent yet this transaction and you must ask Changelly why. I don’t understand why you call our wallet scam and ask for return when problem is in Changelly.

If you succeed contact with bittrex support they should return funds IMO. I hope they fix support and it sill be more efficient.

Best way will be asking Yobit.
Personally for example I did my first transaction from Bittrex to new wallet and there was no problems. I don’t know any case when it was problem in any exchange. If you want be total sure you can do first small withdraw.

Sorry can’t tell for Freewallet. Hope they answer eventually. Official announcement about not using Freewallet for storing XEM was made by NEM foundation two weeks ago.

transaction hash they provide doesn’t exists in block explorer. That mean they didn’t transaction correctly. You must connect with Cryptopia support and ask for explanation.

Yesterday I look at cryptopia wallet in explorer and last withdraw was from over week ago. They have some technical issues I guess.
Transaction for sure don’t leave Cryptopia wallet.
Thank you very much! I did as you recommended. i bought 10XEM in exchange-site, (ETH-XEM). Then i sent 2XEM on Yobit with necessary message. I sent this transaction just for getting public address. 2XEM has appeared on my account very quickly (over 2 min). And after all these things I withdraw all my XEM from Yobit to Nanowallet. And successfully!! I’m very happy, because I know that yobit support doesn’t answer anybody a long time. It’s so cool that I have got XEM without contacting with support. Thank you very much!!
