Unfortunately no there is nothing anyone from NEM can do. We do not have any better route of communication with them than you do.

It looks like I have sent the XEM back.

The receive address is the exchange bittrex. You have to contact their support and give them the transaction hash of the above transaction. They should be able to help you.
So two things happened

On December 19, I did a transaction through changelly and I never received my coins. It shows completed and there was a message which was “Coinbase” if that plays a factor.

On the mobile app I by accident sent 50 XEM and not sure where it went but it was deducted. Anything I can do?

The message needed to make exchange at changelly is the one provided by them. You need to contact changelly by email and provide transaction hash so they can refund you.
You need to contact the exchange with transaction details so they can refund or credit to your exchange account.

@SuperSecretDude I’m not 100% sure that problem is on side Spectrocoin but indeed they must send transactions in different way. I don’t get from them any update on this issue.
@crisfano Looks like transactions from Spectrocoin sent to other exchange directly are not processed automatically by recipient exchange.
All you can now do is contact with Bittrex support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually assign this transaction.
