Hola, hoy he hecho un envío desde la wallet oficial de NEM a Bittrex. Al hacer el envío puse la dirección y el mensaje…pero cometí el error de cifrar el mensaje y eso esta impidiendo que se efectúe el deposito en Bittrex. Son 1000 monedas de NEM que ya no aparecen ni en mi wallet ni en Bittrex. Ya les he enviado un ticket exponiendo el problema y dando todos los detalles, id de la transacción, mensaje, etc

Esto le ha pasado a alguien? consiguió solucionar el problema?

Debe ponerse en contacto con el soporte de Bittrex, proporcionar hash de transacción y corregir el mensaje.
Deberían acreditar su cuenta.

yes that is good adress, but behind “Account” in top right is the word: primary, thus not the same adress is visible.

In the account information i see another adress and when i click on Select another account,

i get the same (for me) wrong adress and the word: primary.

In the right corner i do see my walletname to log out.

I don’t understand it.

I have spoken to a guy called Charles this morning. All he said was “paid from our side succesfully. You need to contact the consignee.” Okay, guy did his job: Management happy, f*ck the customer. Business as usual so to say. (Btw, I paid like 5 % to change Euros to XEM and BTC…)

The main point is that Bittrex <-> NanoWallet works like a charme. Both directions, always. So, which reason should Bittrex have to change something on their side to make Spectrocoin work? I’m a 100 % sure nobody here knows a single proper one. The question is more how tell the guys behind support guy Charles…

And I now, besides hating Charles, am in a queue with like 10000k #FOMO sapiens waiting to solve a problem while not having done anything wrong at all. I mean, isn’t that disgusting… Burn, Spectrocoin, burn!

This is support guy. I hope they IT will find where problem is.
