@peters you can’t fill in address… The only way to recover account is to import wlt file or private key related with this address.
Please look at all your wallets which you have imported into nano wallet (maybe it’s secondary account in Account - > Choose account; or in Services - > Manage delegated account) and login into it. If you don’t have imported into nanowallet this address and you don’t have wlt file or private key related with it your xem are lost.

@Andre_Christianto it’s no possible to reverse transaction in blockchain. Transaction is made and tokens are now on cryptopia exchange wallet. But because they have technical problems you can’t see it i your Cryptopia account.

I don’t have direct contact with Cryptopia. I think after new year they should fix this. They are located in New Zeland so there is 22:00 31.12 now there.
They should process your transaction when they fix they wallet problems.
