If you want your tokens back you must contact with Changelly support, provide transaction hash and ask for refund.

I am new with NEM XEM and I made a withdrawal since yesterday but not yet in my Poloniex Account. I dont know how NEM XEM Confirmation system works but I saw a timestamp that elapse early today. Please kindly help with more light on this

You must ask Poloniex support maybe they have some delays.

I think i know what the problem is:
When i didn’t login with my walletname and password, i make a new wallet
With the same name and password (stupid, but i did).
This last wallet overwrited the first one and now i see another adress (than i had first, that one in your mail underneath, started with NBFCF…)
and an empty Dashboard.
How can i repair this?

Hi. I transferred XEM from bittrex to my Cryptopia wallet on 12/29. It has been more than 2 days still the funds have not been deposited while the transaction shows completed. I agree with you. But I think this is only an issue with NEM transfers to Cryptopia.
I hope they will reply soon, because I am sure more people notice this problem.
Perhaps it only happens when transferring from Bittrex to Cryptopia, but I noticed transferring any other coin to Cryptopia was Ok for me.
I am glad that it’s not only me facing this problem.
