Exchange Support. Lost XEM at an exchange? Post here! [MOVED]

Im just worried why all Exchangers are frustrating NEM investors by not crediting their balance. This is not good for NEM as it might discourage investors from NEM. I urge NEM to work on this with the exchangers in order to find solution to this. Most of the complaints on most of the popular exchangers are related to NEM deposit and withdrawal. It will be good now if NEM Admin would contact all exchangers to know their challenges and find a way to solve it.

@peters nanowallet shouldn’t allow you to create new wallet with same name and override old wallet.

It looks like Cryptopia xem is couple days behind current block height.
They must fix this issue. Because yet we don’t have direct contact to this exchange we can only wait.

Nobody have control over the transaction other than the 2 parties.

From the look of it, it is out of bittrex already, maybe you didn’t include the correct transaction message, in that case you need to contact cryptopia to credit the xem into your account.

Thanks for the reply I hv already tried to contact with cryptopia but they haven’t replied yet and the main thing is the message and transaction address can’t be wrong because I have copied directly and I hv pasted it on bittrex

Cryptopia has technical issues. You must contact somehow with they support.

Then i don’t know why i don’t see my 400 NEM coins.

From LiteBit they sent it tot he right adress and that adress i can’t find back

in my wallet.

Is it possible that i haven another wallet with another name with the good adress?

And if yes, can i find that back?

When are they clearing their backlogs?.. With Poloniex many users are out of patience… Please if there is anything NEM Admin can do to hasten up the deposit with Poloniex we will be much more appreciated.

It’s insane how long Bittrex takes to answer there tickets… I have the same problem with my NEM. I’ve had another problem with my ETH also and that ticket is open for over 2,5 weeks now.
The problem is that it’s no different at other exchanges… So i could transfer my funds to another exchange but if you need support i believe it’s the same.

They are not replying on ticket how can I contact with them on mail

Can you elaborate on what that means or what the effect would be? I attempted a withdrawal from Cryptopia to my nano wallet yesterday. The exchange has it marked as completed but the funds are not in my wallet nor is the tx found in the blockchain. How can they be behind? And how would that result in the exchange thinking that a transaction has been completed before it’s on the blockchain? Thanks!

@peters Yes it’s possible. This wallet may be to choose in :

  • login view select box. Do you have there only one wallet or couple?
  • please login into each wallet and verify if you don’t have option Account - > “choose wallet” select box there. Try each account if there is no address where you have sent tokens.
  • each wallet has also delegated account (Services -> Manage Delegated account) check if you by mistake don’t put there address
