You don’t include message code required by exchange to process transaction automatically. Please contact with Bittrex support, provide transaction hash and ask for manual credit this tokens on your account.

If All the Exchangers (Poloniex Expecially) can not handle many clients, they should put a stop on all new registration pending when they will have enough resources to handle such huge number of clients. Old clients should not be the people suffering. There poor service is costing many their livelihood. These exchangers are making cryptocurrency difficult to embrace. If a transaction can take a whole week to deliver to the recipient that means cryptocurrency has failed and there is no different from the normal bank transfer if not worse.

A knew cryptocurrency (Bitcoin and Ethereum and others) to complete a transaction within maximum of 30 minutes but recently, I don’t know what to tell of cryptocurrency anymore and I hope worst is not coming as more people adopt cryptocurrency.

If mining will be the discomfort and frustrating part of actualizing the main vision and mission of cryptocurrency I advice its corrected now before its discourages users from adopting it. The normal monetary system of transaction is quiet great than the recent development in cryptocurrencies.

We can make the change now before its too late.

It’s Cryptopia problem. Please guys wait until they fix this. No one from here can help. I already Twitted Cryptopia account.

When i start to log in, there i have one wallet in the box: Select Wallet, named: peterspmc.Thus that’s the only one.After fill in my password and sign in, i come in Dasboard.After click on services and (at the right) on Manage delegated account, i see a remote account adress which is not the right one.I can not remove that adress and fill in the good one.When i click on Account (at the top) then i see another account-adress,but again not the good one.I’ve also noticed a private key on paper, but that i also can’t see on the account-site.So the problem isn’t solved after all our mailtraffic.

@peters Yes it’s possible. This wallet may be to choose in :

login view select box. Do you have there only one wallet or couple?
please login into each wallet and verify if you don’t have option Account - > “choose wallet” select box there. Try each account if there is no address where you have sent tokens.
each wallet has also delegated account (Services -> Manage Delegated account) check if you by mistake don’t put there address

Ok, thanks.
Then i don’t know why i don’t see my 400 NEM coins.
From LiteBit they sent it tot he right adress and that adress i can’t find back
in my wallet.
Is it possible that i haven another wallet with another name with the good adress?
And if yes, can i find that back?

@peters you can’t change or fill address. If you lost access to your account your tokens are lost.

Please check your backups wlt file and private key.
You can import private key using sign up - > private key wallet. If this is also not address where you funds was send tokens are lost for sure.
