Transaction in NEM blockchain is completed in most cases in max 1-2min. Problem is with Cryptopia which doesn’t process transaction.
Problem is on Cryptopia side we can’t do nothing to fix they problem.

Sorry but you don’t understand what I have already written? Contact with Cryptopia support is the only option because only they can fix they problems. Nobody here don’t have access to Cryptopia server.

Well, i actually did read the instructions and made a proper transaction (message included) to Bittrex, also from SpectroCoin. But since the transaction left SpectroCoin they can’t do anything. Bittrex is the only one who can solve it.
Of course the problem seems to be with transactions SpectroCoin to Bittrex. But SpectroCoin can’t help get the amount back to you.
So Excuse me if I have something to say about the one who could fix this.

So, you, me and others can talk to Bittrex, but Spectrocoin, having messed it up for you, me and others cannot do that? Sounds decent…

Well at least warning should be added that tells you should not withdraw directly to other exchange. I hope they will add this or change the way how transaction is done because not only Bittrex doesn’t process transaction from spectrocoin as far as I know.

Of course you can, Spectrocoin did messed up! And i agree they should not allow transactions before it’s fixed. But they aren’t able to help from where we stand at the moment. They’re probably not going to pay out of their own pocket.
They should come with an explanation, but in the end it isn’t going to solve our problem.
But as said, it would be kind of them to put a significant warning in the NEM wallet.

NanoWallet is the reference implementation for a XEM wallet, Spectrocoin is not compatible, thus these people have to talk to all exchanges they sent money to. That’s the only professional and acceptable consequence.

“Warnings” are bullshit. People don’t RTFM. That’s why they forget the message, too.

Администрация, ситуация, которая сложилась с Cryptopia прямолинейно касается Вас. Ведь Вы запустили и рекомендовали данную биржу для своей валюты. В данный момент Вы говорите, что у Вас нет прямых контактов с данной биржей, хотя до этого Вы же с кем-то вели переговоры по размещению Ваших монет на данной бирже. У меня складывается мнение, что Вы нас держите за дураков.
Прошу посодействовать в давлении на биржу, данную проблему необходимо решить в ближайшее время. То что происходить - негативно влияет на Вашу репутацию и успешностью

I have XEM that I sent to https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/ and are not showing up there. The address matches what they have on there site:

This isn’t a NEM issue but Cryptopia is having a lot of issues with XEM and doing exchanges. They should be looked into to see if NEM wants to recommended them as a site to use for transfers. Just search their forums and transfer a couple XEM if you doubt me :wink:
