No coin arrived in the wallet, and no coin are in the cryptopia exchange…I sent a tickect but they need 12 days to process it…

You must wait for Cryptopia answer. They have problems with all XEM deposits and withdraws.

i sent some xem to bittrex (from my nano wallet) with out filling in message, nem explorer has all the details and i have contacted bittrex but how do i contacy xem to let them know?
@slobalucy If you forget add message code you need only contact Bittrex support and provide transaction hash. They credit this tokens manually to your bittrex xem account.

many thanks, i hoped youd say that! ive not lost any yet and generally find dealing cryptos very safe, however its easy to make mistakes but i have to say, you gotta do something real crazy to lose them?
Contacting Bittrex support may be hard task (slow response times) now but I think they should return your tokens.
