What does that means? I sent some xem, and it has over 3hours and I still have not received it.
I checked it and this is what it says.

@Onyemazuwa442 cryptopia has technical issues with they wallet. Please contact with they support and provide transaction hash.

Today Cryptopia change wallet status to “2/1/18 - Investigating syncing issues” and that means they start solving problem.

Total copy/paste error on these addresses. I pretty sure the final destination is Changelly’s XEM wallet. Has anyone ever heard of a ‘goodfaith’ return actually coming back to them?

I think they should return your tokens. Please contact with they support and provide transaction hash. If you have sent there you are Changelly customer and customer service should take care you :slight_smile:

@Nagaty you should use message code from exchange xem deposit page. This one you use is wrong. You just contact with bittrex and cryptopia support and provide transaction hash for transaction to thia exchange. They should return your funds but I don’t know when they answer to you.

Message is incorrect. It should look like code and it’s visible in deposit instruction in exchange.

If your transaction is done and you can’t change address you must contact with litebit support. If they sent this transaction they will be no chance to change it. But error message can suggest that tokens don’t leave they wallet and they can do sth with this.

hi there and happy new year to all. i seem to be having a problem as i obtained some NEM from the cryptopia exchange about 3 days ago but still have not received anything! This is all new to me so it would be of much gratitude if someone can help me resolve this if possible
