On the 23nd of December I exchanged ETH to XEM on Changelly and sent it to my Cryptopia wallet. Unfortunately, I haven’t received the XEM coins so far. I already contacted both Changelly and Cryptopia. No response from Changelly, one response from Cryptopia.

Cryptopia answered me on 28-12:
When a coin is in maintenance, as XEM is at the moment while our wallet team add nodes and resync to the network, deposits are unable to be processed and do not appear until the wallet is back online. You can check our coin info page on the link below to see the status of any wallet, and I recommend you do this before making a deposit to be aware of any potential delays in receiving your coins before sending them to Cryptopia. https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/CoinInfo/?coin=XEM&view=links As soon as the wallet has resynced and back online, any pending deposits that have been sent correctly to the address using the message id, will be automatically processed.
Still no coins in my wallet, while my address and message id are correct.

Don’t know which party is the one who needs to fix this? I guess Cryptopia?
