Hi I send on 31/12 2549 nem from spectrocoin to poloniex but they are not appearing on my poloniex account, the transaction on the blockchain looks fine I did entered the nem message and correct wallet. What I can do to find my coin?

All transactions from spectrocoin.com send directly to other exchange (Poloniex and Bittrex for sure) will be not process automatically. You mist contact with Poloniex support, provide transaction hash and ask for refund.
I have reported this problem to spectrocoin.com. I get answer that they developer is checking this.

Hi pawelm, thank you for the quick answer. I did contacted Poloniex support but not answer yet and I read on the net that they are not quick on responding to tickets. It would be really not nice to wait one month or more for an answer. In case they will not answer there will be anything that I can do?

On the 23nd of December I exchanged ETH to XEM on Changelly and sent it to my Cryptopia wallet. Unfortunately, I haven’t received the XEM coins so far. I already contacted both Changelly and Cryptopia. No response from Changelly, one response from Cryptopia.

Cryptopia answered me on 28-12:
When a coin is in maintenance, as XEM is at the moment while our wallet team add nodes and resync to the network, deposits are unable to be processed and do not appear until the wallet is back online. You can check our coin info page on the link below to see the status of any wallet, and I recommend you do this before making a deposit to be aware of any potential delays in receiving your coins before sending them to Cryptopia. https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/CoinInfo/?coin=XEM&view=links As soon as the wallet has resynced and back online, any pending deposits that have been sent correctly to the address using the message id, will be automatically processed.

Still no coins in my wallet, while my address and message id are correct.

Don’t know which party is the one who needs to fix this? I guess Cryptopia?

@bsbellomy only Cryptopia support can solve they deposits issues.

@Alega666 i don’t think so. You can also ask spectrocoin.com but transaction is done and they for sure don’t pay you from own wallet.

Yes you need contact with Cryptopia. They wallet is no longer in maintenance so it should work.

Please contact with Cryptopia. Only they support can help you (xem are on Cryptopia wallet now).

I tried to send my XEM coins from my android wallet to my bittrex account, I included the bittrex address but I forgot to include the message that bittrex includes. Without this message the transaction will not go through and all my coins are gone from my wallet. Is there anything I can do to cancel this transaction? Where did the coins go?

Cryptopia has worked, the wallet also works. But my coins never came. Cryptopia does not respond the fourth day.
Is there information when all transactions are processed?

No way to cancel it. Coins goes to Bittrex account but because you didn’t include message they will be not processed automatically. You must contact with bittrex support, provide transaction hash and ask for refund.
Transaction hash can be found here: explorer.ournem.com, just put your address and search for transaction.
