You account address is visible when you click QR button on bottom of view (if you use mobile app) or when you click Account in top right corner (if you use nanowallet)

If transaction is not visible in blockexplorer (explorer.ournem.com) it means Cryptopia don’t do this transaction.
Please contact with they support and ask for explanation.

doesn’t exists. Please contact with Cryptopia support. XEM’s doesn’t leave they wallet.
I’m not sure what’s going on with Cryptopia but they are not completing transfers or responding to support. They are a extremely high risk to use.
https://poloniex.com has XEM available so I will have to give them a try.

Not. It’s Cryptopia problem. Other exchange problems are related with don’t following exchanges instructions. Also when exchange wallet doesn’t work it’s still exchange problem not with network.
Again, please wait for Cryptopia answer.

Still you don’t receive tokens? Poloniex wallet from reports has lags but it should work eventually.
For sure not NEM network problem because transaction is completed as you can see in explorer.
