I endly found my NEM-coins back via Explorer-Home -> Accounts and fill in the right adress.

There i see my buyed coins etc.

My question: how do ik get that in the Dasboard-site, so that i can sell tem (if i wish)?

So if there is no transaction hash maybe coins doesn’t leave Yobit wallet? First ask for transaction hash in NEM network Yobit support. It should have 64 signs.

At the 27th of december, I’ve book 250 XEM from my nano wallet to my free wallet. I’ve entered the right recipient and message and the coins did arrive at free wallet but have not been added to my account.

You can’t. To have access to coins on wallet you must have wlt file or private key.

If you have correct private key please import it.
Sign up - > private key wallet option
Provide private key from backup, fill wallet name and password and create wallet.

I tried to transfer XEM from Crytopia to my nanowallet. I copied the address via the copy button in the wallet. It has not arrived in several days. So looking at the transaction at Cryptopia the address has a ( : ) colon at the end of the correct address. NBRSJR-I6UBUS-3AVRDN-M4LBIP-JS7YAZ-RVXXKY-E3DT:

No idea how I copy from the wallet and paste it that is ends up with a colon at the end. Can this be corrected or would the XEM network reject it as a bad address? Would sure like to know where my $1000 is located.

There is nothing I can do, I apologize. All I can do is open a ticket which is what you have done. I suggest opening a second ticket with them, and give them the transaction hash like you provided here.

I do not see your transaction on the network. It looks like it did not send. Are you sure you are connected to a working node?

@Cryzavel you are not alone. Same thing happened to me a few days ago and apparently to many others. I’m encouraged by the fact that the exchange put the wallet into maintenance. Hopefully they figure it out on their end. Good luck!

Transaction for sure don’t leave Cryptopia wallet. If you have in cryptopia withdraws history transaction hash check if exists in explorer.ournem.com. If it not exists contact with Cryptopia support.

@Lance_Young this is not a unique situation. It seems that cryptopia has a problem on their end and is not in sync with the blockchain. Save the transaction record and let’s hope they sort it out. Also, the colon at the end of your address is to separate the “message” field. I believe you are supposed to populate that field with your email address on file with them. That’s how I’ve done it in the past.
