II notice that NEM wallet on Cryptopia is not in maintenance anymore, but I still cannot see my NEM transfer from Bittrex to Cryptopia in the NEM wallet at Cryptopia.

I didn’t get any answer to my ticket at Cryptopia either.
Transaction is correct. I already double checked it.

Unfortunatelly only Cryptopia support can fix this deposit issues.

Yes I know.
That is why I was glad that their NEM wallet was in maintenance because of sync issues.
But now that I see no maintenance is showing anymore, I am having my doubt when I will get my deposit of NEM coins.
Could it be that even though the sync issues is fixed, it will take a while the coins will arrive in the Cryptopia NEM wallet perhaps?

I know the last days many people had the same problem.
I would like to know if they still have the problem, although the maintenance is over.

I haven’t received my coins on Cryptopia but did on Poloniex.

So it looks like block height is up-to-date but many users still reports issues about missing deposits/withdraws.

Yes I’m sure. Address are different is because I have refresh the wallet address.

I have this same issue, I do not know if II should get my XEM from crytopia yet I have a little from there.
