On Cryptopia Forum people mention that Cryptopia is still using old version NEM wallet.
BETA version and this might be causing all the problems with the NEM transfers.
NEM already has a new wallet version.
You should receive confirmation email. I don’t know if withdraw when they have such technical problems is good idea.

This is not true. 0.6.95 is last server version because they are using node (not wallet). There is wrong missleading label there.

Hello guys, first of all, i’m new in the community, if i’m posting in the wrong place, sorry.
I have a dout, i bought some xem today in hitbtc and installed nanowallet, after that, i made a test transaction, sending 100 xem to this account.
hitbtc created me a transaction but still not in my wallet, and it’s in processing status. it was 5 hours ago.
i couldnt find the hash in the sites that you used to trace the transactions. Above, some information of hitbtc about my transaction:

I don’t have any news yet. Only know they should meet in next weeks (not days). For sure it doesn’t solve current problems, more it can have affect for stability in future.

If transaction is not visible in blockexplorer that means coins don’t leave hitbtc exchange. Unfortunately you must ask hitbtc support.
Did you confirm email?
Have you transaction hash on Cryptopia?

I wanted to transfer my XEM from hitbtc to nono wallet but git an error about my NEM address. I removed ti hyphens and completed the transaction. but it is pending for around 4 hours now. is it normal?

check this links (change the address and the hash) and check if there’s something. in my case, both are empty. my transaction 5 hours ago

2 days ago i sent my tokens from spectrocoin to bittrex and did not receive them. I contacted bittrex support to find out if it’s problem on their end, but probably it might take some time to get reply from them.
