21 days no response from bittrex on my lost xem. i sent them the transcastion hash but no human response.
Is it a scam? How many months do I need to wait to get my money back?

You have sent directly to Bittrex from Spectrocoin.com? This is known problem. Any transaction sent from spectrocoin.com directly to other exchange will be not processed automatically. Spectrocoin.com invistigate this case.
All you can do now is contact with bittrex support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your account.

If transaction hash doesn’t exists in blockchain (you can check it here explorer.ournem.com) this mean only Cryptopia can fix this
I have seen articles on here of some people who did the same thing with a response from the team but its been 21 days and no response from bittrex.

Hello everyone, I was kindly asking for help. I made a levy from Spectrocoin to Bittrex on December 27, but still today nothing. Yesterday I contact their support on Facebook, I communicate the tx hash and even ask me if I have to make another transfer so they would have elaborated together with the first one. Since I was so intent on doing so, I ran another sample from Spectrocoin to Bittrex, I sent him the new tx hash of the transaction but still no credit to date. They tell me that block Nem is slow. But is it possible ??

As you probably know you don’t include message code required by exchange to process transaction automatically.
Unfortunately all you can do is now wait for bittrex answer. Make sure your ticket in bittrex was not closed automatically.
I sent a 20 nem from nem wallet to an exchange. I did not know that I had to put a message in the transaction. the transaction is reflected in the blockchain, but the funds did not arrive. OS I leave the transaction number
