Exchange Support. Lost XEM at an exchange? Post here! [MOVED]

so anyway you tell me that it could take some time to make the exchange. but because the exchange, I sent Nem on from Spectrocona Bittrex I did not trade

i sent my 50 XEM tokens from Depotwallet depotwallet.com. to HitBTC and until now it was not recieved on my HitBTC account. :frowning:

Transaction is done in NEM network (after 1 minute) but because issue all withdraws from Spectrocoin to other exchange you must contact with Bittrex because this transaction will be not processed automatically.

After more than 12 hours I didn’t receive yet the NEM in Poloniex.

In Spectrocoin the tranzaction applears Processed:

This is known problem. Any transaction sent from spectrocoin.com directly to other exchange will be not processed automatically. Spectrocoin.com invistigate this case (I have reported this).
All you can do now is contact with Poloniex support, provide transaction hashes and ask for manually credit this transaction to your account.

Someone got any experience with this and got his/her money back from Bittrex? They say if you get a VIP account you get faster response, anyone knows a bit more about this?

Yesterday I have withdraw my XEM from cryptopia to my XEM wallet, but i don’t see transaction yet.
There is no information about transaction on www.explorer.ournem.com

But now I realised that there was a mistake in adress - somehow i put a two-spot in the end of adress of my XEM wallet. Somehow my XEM moved from Cryptopia to incorrect adress with two-dots in the end.
Can you help me in returning my money?

Looks like a lot of people have missing XEM deposits ,yet they are not responding to any support ticket or tweet. I sent 780 XEM on 31st Dec 2017 and they have not yet arrived on cryptopia .My address and message are correct.

XEM tech support please contact Cryptopia regarding all the missing deposits. This is hurting the community.
