I have sent XEM from my hitbtc account to yobit xem wallet address on 2018-01-13, 22:49:36 but more than 24 hrs have been passed and my xem are not deposited at yobit wallet then I noticed that the xem address to which i sent my xem was already used by me on 19 dec 2017 then i realized that might be this is the problem that for every transaction we need to obtain a new address if this is the problem then can you plz help me how can I recover my XEM? the transaction details are as follow:

Отправлено не правильно, вместо верного сообщения в виде специальных цифр была указана сумма, поэтому монеты зависли и транзакция не появилась.

I don’t think so. Probably other case because as far as I know Ethereum doesn’t support multisig on chain. But of course all of them must contact with Yobit support and figured this out.
Can I ask why you guys from Japan use Yobit? You have a lot safe exchanges in your country. I don’t have good opinion about this exchange. They support almost doesn’t exists and it is a lot scam accusations.

Have you transaction id? If you sent it from eobot it should be somewhere in they panel. It look like 64 length hash.

Well looks like you must ask Eobot support for transaction hash. In link you have only recipient address and message. You can also try it search manually in yobit wallet:

Поддержку Eobot также спросила про хэш транзакций. Они еще не ответили. Хэш также искала вручную, не нашла. Может мне сейчас удастся найти. Подскажите пожалуйста, если хэш будет найден, то кто сможет помочь протолкнуть транзакцию? Yobit или Eobot? С кошелька Eobot было отправление на кошелек Yobit.
